Hi! I’m Dayan, welcome to my cooking journey.

I’m from Colombia and currently living in Austria. I graduated with a degree in International Business Administration, and although I don’t have formal culinary education, I taught myself by diving into cookbooks and learning my mom’s recipes.

A few years ago, I underwent bariatric surgery, a life-changing experience that helped me improve my habits and manage my weight. Wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I decided to learn how to make delicious, guilt-free dishes using natural ingredients.
